My wife and I visited your location a few weeks ago on the advise of a friend. We were looking for a travel bag for our Vulcan 2000, found that, a few pair of boots, and ordered a seat. Annette knew I wanted my new seat for last weekend when she ordered it for me. Last Friday she called to let me know there was a delay and it did not arrive. I was disappointed but was much appreciative of the early phone call so that I could make different plans for the weekend. As a shop manager I know its a tough call to make that you haven't met a customers expectation. Today she called and left me a message my seat was in, yeah! I took a long lunch and drove down and picked it up the gentleman there took the time to un box it and inspect it in front of me. Great business practice I know and you know it arrived to you in good shape and left with me in good shape. Protects you and keeps me from a nasty surprise after I drive an hour home and un box it. Thanks for you very much for your attention to detain and great customer service I know my wife and I will return to purchase more from your company. Its tough being a small business but you guys are doing great!

In response to my phone call on the above date, I have enclosed the monies needed to purchase & ship “tw0” of Clymer’s Motorcycle Repair manuals, that cover Suzuki Models: 2003 DR-Z 400-S and 2006 DR-Z 400-E.
And in my doing so, I THANK YOU for not only fulfilling my needs, but also, for doing so on the most “gracious” side of people treating people as they “should” be treated-it truly was most “pleasurable” to find there are “some” businesses the “still” practice said policy… YES!!
